Dawn Patrol // Our Flagship Blend

This a staple in our shop used for all of our espresso shots and our cold brew. The base notes and crema are set by the Paubrasil Natural Brazil while our Kayon Mountain Natural Ethiopia brings the bright strawberry notes to the front. This coffee is very versatile and can be used in a range from an office coffee pot up to a specialty coffee shop's espresso.
