Daniel left behind the busy city life to pursue the peace and tranquility that comes with living up in the mountains of Colombia and producing coffee. It's always so cool to learn of the different ways specialty coffee impacts someone's life, whether from the farm side or from the cafes!
In similar ways to the lifestyle Daniel pursues, this coffee is peaceful and cheery. We tasted notes of Apricot, Orange Peel and a few other bright and "fluffy" fruit notes, and some hints of various blossoms as well.
